We take pride in not only raising our kids, but also our cattle in this growing industry.  From the breeding, calving, pasture raising to the grain finishing, our cattle are cared for by us, from start to finish.  

We belive that knowing your rancher and being educated on where your food comes from, and the husbandry that is used, is just as important as how your prepare it!
